Willie Colón introduces Mayor Bloomberg at the State of The City Address. This was the first time that this important communication to the people of New York City was delivered from The Bronx.  Colón introduced Bloomberg to an auditorium filled with Bronxites and New York States most prominent public officials, as a true personal friend and "The Hardest Working Mayor in America". The Address took place at Hostos Community College on Hostos' birthday.   01/11/05
